Co-op housing educator delivering online and in-person courses to members, boards and staff on governance and member engagement.
2024–present, Vancouver
Phase 2 of an interdisciplinary art x social science project on homes, community and belonging in the midst of a housing polycrisis. The print-based assemblages bring together first person stories, photography, census data and 30 years of lived and recorded experience as a parent, co-op member and participant in a large democratic neighbourhood in the midst of change.
2022–2024, Vancouver
A one year project to support non-market housing governance, engage community members on housing and future neighbourhood planning and connect with diverse community members. Our group co-designed and delivered 24 engagement and education events, administered a novel co-op survey and worked with two artists to create powerful art pieces centering place and belonging.
